Crash when entering Skinners Roam/Deadlands (1.0.52 Experimental)

I tried to travel from The Hub to Black Desert City, halfway through Skinners roam I consistently crash. Disabled all mods, reinstalled game, reduced all graphic settings.
Edit: The bug occurs on Experimental, I rolled back to non-experimental and the bug does not occur.
