TJ this bug should be a relatively easy fix! Copy your mods.cfg to the desktop. You can find the mods.cfg here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Kenshi\data
Once done you can verify your steam files like shown here :

Replace your new mods.cfg with the old one. start kenshi again and import your game.
