I wrote a message in 2019 about how [NEW GAME] was busted, here we are in the middle of 2021.
With all due respect, just remove the button, as I have seen 4 different streamers on twitch in May and June run into this bug.
That means, non-streamers their is likely hundreds of people encountering this issue.
Just remove the button.
(For those who don't know use NEW GAME is absolutely wrecked, causing cities visited in previous games to be empty)
