Lo-Fi Games

Everytime i look at Heft in the horizon, it crashes, first crash in something like 25 hours of gameplay, but consistent, can't even go there any more. Lots of mods installed, but disabled all of them and it still happened.

If any of you know how to fix it, i would be extremely grateful.
