[1.0.55 x64] Settings - Graphics - Fullscreen/Borderless options settings issue

Just noticed that, although they look like a radio button choice, you can select both Borderless and Fullscreen at the same time - selecting one option does not deselect the other. You can also have *neither* option selected, and it isn't clear if this is intentional to use Windowed mode (eccch).
