[1.0.55] The Hub - Road Jumping

One of the roads near the Hub has a wrong point in it, abruptly jumping from outside the city almost into the bar and then outside again, making characters (usually player's ore miners) trying to use the road looping and/or stuck.

Side note: They say it is a long-standing one.
