i have reintall the game, delete all the old file but still got crashing problem

I'd suggest uploading the save as well. So it can be tested to see if it's something in the save or on your end.

my save file today. the game run smoother after i change the value of virtual memory on my pc and reduce some setting in game performance, but sometime it got crash with visual c++ error warning
