Need help with a corrupted quicksave

I was in the process of quicksaving a game when the PC BSOD. Is there anyway to save this save file?

Not likely, most of the files that make it up are completely corrupted. Better off loading an older save.

I was afraid of that. Oh well, it was 2 days worth of grinding but at least I wasn't too far into that character so I haven't done worth crying.
