Ran out of video memory

It always crashes during character creation in between 5-60 seconds. In the game itself, the same error occurs randomly, within 5 minutes
System:
Core i5-12500
Intel UHD Graphics 770

This is expected for UHD 770 graphics, you either don't have a graphics card or it hasn't been installed properly if that's what's showing up.
UHD 770 is way below Kenshi's minimum specs.
