Crashing everytime i get near specific zone (delete'''new_overlay.x.x.png''didn't work) - Kenshi 1.0.59 - x64 (Newland)

Hi there, first of all, pardon my bad english, it isn't my native language. Okay, i searched the forums and found the (delete ''new_overlay.x.x.png'' method) in the ''[READ THIS 1ST!] KNOWN PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS'', but it didn't work for me 
, even if i re-validate the steam files or re-install it. I started to get this weird crash today in the afternoon, been trying to fix it all day long. i'm using a couple of mods, but i never had this problem before, even in my 250h+ playthrough. It just started now, from seemingly nowhere. basically, if get close to this zone, the game freezes for 2-3 secs and then crashes right after. i'm attaching the crashdump and a png with a somewhat precise ''crash zone''.
