Easy to fix bugs (probably)

Why are those bugs still in the game? (GOG, latest patch 59).

1. Current group portraits aren't updated when moving people to different group until a different group tab is selected.
2. Removing or adding a robotic limb incorrectly recalculates the carry weight, fixed only with quick save/load.
3. Worlds End stays in low-polygon preview mode sometimes when entered, the contents of buildings aren't loaded - fixed with quick save/load.
4. Stealth progress stops at 99.86%, can't reach 100.
5. Armor and weapon crafting progress stalls around 85-87, sometimes increases, but there's no explanation or visual reason why it stops or continues.
6. Pause (spacebar) works on character editing screen, which can lead to a disaster in game without player even knowing.
7. Starting a new game from a running game makes an empty world with no NPCs in cities.
8. "I don't have building materials", "I don't have a medkit" phrases of a player-controlled character overlap with stealth indicator and name, hiding stealth status.

I'm a pro C++ coder with almost two decades of experience, I'm sure those could be fixed in an evening. I could even help with those for free, if you're short on devs.

Kenshi's Engine is custom made and around 15 years old.
many of the bugs are due to that.

you can hit 100 in stealth, but takes an incredibly long time.


they have a team of 15 plus programmer's. so if it was easy to fix, it would have been by now.
also they are hiring, but for character animation/rigger

How long, in real time on max speed or ingame days? On the shore of First Village in Darkfinger it takes about 3 ingame days from zero to 99.86, progress after 99 still goes visibly fast and then just stops at 86% and never changes after that. Must be some float coefficient for xp calculation in settings somewhere.

I do not know how long it will take.
but gains are slowed over time. this goes for all stats. the closer to 100, the slower it gets. and it depends on your game play.
Shidan will have more information on it though. he is more on the technical side of this part.

forgot to add, they do have a Q/A tester position open.
and it sounds like you might fit that field.
so if you would like some extra work. I would suggest applying for the position.
