Constant Crashes

I never had the problem before, but I have no idea what causes it, it usually crashes while loading or unloading areas that you leave behind, and I couldn't find a way to solve it, it's not a lack of space or problems with the VRam, try disabling the mods, and creating new games, everything usually works fine but when I exit the game and load my game it no longer works correctly and the crashes start. If anyone has more ideas or a possible solution I read them.

Try disabling distant towns in the options menu. According to the log, that's what is causing your crashes.
