Lo-Fi Games

Hello,
My game now freezes when I talk to any NPC on current and past saves. It doesn't matter the NPC. It is not a crash. I have to esc and exit game back to the steam site. I also can't left click a storage container to see what is in it. When I use the map to navigate, close the map then double click that character they stop moving. This would have gotten me killed by blood spiders last week. All of this just started happening a few days ago. I validated the files on Steam. I did a reinstall after backing up my save folder and deleting the kenshi folder on my computer. It still happens even if I try a new game.

Some people have had some success fixing the freezing issue by uninstalling the game, manually deleting any remaining files in the folder, then reinstalling. I believe it was caused by some odd setting or something. Sounds like you have tried that already though, so I'm not sure what could be wrong.

First thing I'd do is disable all mods, see if it happens then. If it does, I'd suggest uploading the logs form right after it happens, may be something to explain what is happening in there.

I deleted the files and re-installed for a third time and it worked. Thank you for your quick response.
