Well, first thing I would try is disabling mods. You have a lot of errors related to mods and missing data, which could possibly cause the crashing.
If that doesn't work, I would try a clean reinstall of the game. Uninstall the game (back up any data you want kept like the mods.cfg file, or any mods you made yourself), and after uninstalling manually delete any files left over inside the kenshi folder. Then reinstall the game.
