Hello,
I think I tried everything I could, installing CTD, reinstalling the game, verifying files, turing off mods etc.
Help please

Well, not seeing anything of note in the logs, so not sure what the issue is.
First things I'd try are:
Grabbing this patch, see if it helps:

Running the exe through this program here, to see if it catches anything:
