Game was paused, and i was moving the camera around while zooming and rotating. Has happened multiple times, and both with and without mods. Thank you.
Try disabling shader caching on your graphics card if possible. Looks to be rendering errors, and that has been known to cause such problems before.
Another common cause is shader mods, but you said you disabled mods already.
