Have to carry body to bottom floor to loot it.. and floors seem to be mixed up

This is an odd one.
Version 1.0.59
ASUS ROG STRIX 2022 I have a body I carried into my building and dropped on floor 1... where there are also 3 of my characters on beds.
when I try to loot the body from where I dropped it the looting screen opens but tells me I am out of trading range when I try take something.
then...
When I try to use one of my other characters, who is in the bed on floor 1 ( same floor ), the character hops out of bed but appears on floor 0 and runs up the stairs to floor 1 where I get the same out of trading range message.
So...
I have to carry the body to floor 0 where I can then loot it successfully.
however...
I still can not get my characters out of their beds (on floor 1) without them appearing on floor 0 and having to run up the stairs.
and...
earlier I had captives whos cages I unlocked run out the door of the same building despite the door being closed and locked.
I have video of that one but it wont upload (less than 2MB so I don't know why)
How should I report this?? is this good enough? does someone want my game saves as loading from those reproduces same errors?
