The game flies out after loading any saves, reinstalled the game, now it does not start at all, what to do?

Firs thing I'd do is install all the files located here:
Steam\steamapps\common\Kenshi\dependencies

Though, based on the error you were getting before the reinstall, it may be that you're having hard drive issues instead.

The disk and computer are new, all other applications work fine. I could not find an active address bar in Steam, there is only a non-editable one with a lock

That address is not on Steam, it's in the folders on your computer itself.

An alternate method to get to the Kenshi folder is to:
1. Right click the game in your Steam library
2. Click Properties
3. Click Local Files
4. Click Browse
