Game Crashes when placing Wind Generators

Tried placing 4 Wind generators in the back corner of my base I'm building, but it keeps crashing, I have tried verifying my game files, importing, doesn't seem to be fixing the problem.

Mods in use: Training Mod, Shoppingecon, citizens, slopeless, scorpion, more names, martial arts fast dodger, let's talk, kenshi equinox overhaul, genesis map, game starts, faction caravan, dark ui, compressed textures project, cannibal expansion, better crop fences and moisture farming enhanced

System:
CPU: AMD ryzen 7 1700 8 core processor 3 ghz
Memory: 32gbs
GPU: Geforce GTX 1070

the dump file in my files doesn't seem to be updating to todays crashes so i will give just the save file as it's been consistent in crashing the 3 times i've attempted to place the wind generators

It seems to be fixed, it's no longer doing the issue, placed 4 on the opposite side, it was fine, so I tested the other side again and seems like it's working fine now, included screen shot, the left side with the green wind generator was where i was having issues. thank you - the thread can be closed
