I have lost my base and when I load the game it appears to me a message that says: "send the save.log file to the moderators to solve the error"

Unfortunately nothing can be done if the base is gone. The log is just for the devs to investigate the cause and possibly stop it from happening again.

You best bet is loading backup saves if you have any. And if you don't, there unfortunately isn't much that can be done.
