just entered kenshi as normal, after one update it started crashing when it started loading my save all the time, it doesnt stops

No error of note in the logs, but my guess would be it's Genesis, its latest update is quite incompatible with other mods and causes crashes. You can either disable it then import your save, or disable other mods to try and find the incompatible ones then import.
