Crash
My game crashed 2 times when my team was exploring Sham. Seems like it happens randomly because I tried to do the same operations like before but my game didn't crash.

I've seen this error code associated to countless possible issues. So hard to say what the problem is, beyond it being a rendering issue.
Some solutions I've seen over the years:
1. An improperly made mod causing it, disabling the mod would help then.
2. Corrupt or improper version drivers, try reinstalling drivers.
3. Disabling shader caching in you graphics cards settings.
4. Try a different graphics card if you have one, at least one person has reported this was due to their card starting to die.
