Northenr coast fishing village is all screwed up

So i know about how "Starting a new game on a save will frick up your world" but i started a game from the main menu, AND THE FISHING VILLAGE IN THE NORTHERN COAST IS STILL BUGGED! And no im not talking about the dead fishing village im talking about the one with a bar, guards, etc and the only thing i see is some patrol. devs please fix this since its the most crucial building to survive near cannibal territory

Regardless of how it happened, the solution will still likely be to import the save. So I would suggest you do that.
