My game and my friend's crashed when i get closed to holy nation. Only with genesis mod this happening. When we remove genesis mod the game no longer crashes.

Genesis is highly incompatible with other mods. Best guess is you have another mod it is incompatible with, and that is the cause of the crash. Generally, you have to pick between having Genesis, or having other mods.

How can i see what it is the mod is conflicting? In the log shows?

No, there are not logs or tools to show what is incompatible unfortunately. But the bigger the mod, the more likely it will conflict with it.
