was playing normally until game just crashed

i had some sheks levveling their melle attack just waiting actually and it crashed
and also this game was weird ¿unrelated maybe? in some cities there was no residents so i could steal everithing i wanted nice for me i guess but another cities were populated so thats it

You have many references to bad save data in the logs, so I'd wager your crash came from corrupt zone data. I would try the tests in this guide.

As for the empty towns, that was probably caused by you starting a new game while in-game. There are lots of problems that can happen if you do so. You should always start a new game from the main menu. The empty towns you can fix by importing your save.
