Crashing when loading from Main Menu

It loads up to the menu then as soon as i press continue or new game it crashes, was playing just fine an hour ago then moved my PC to my TV and it starts doing this, never been an issue on this TV before.

Unfortunately, no clue. Never seen this error before. And the logs aren't providing much to go on.
Does it still crash after moving back to the PC? Did you maybe select any weird options when launching the game (selecting the display, etc)? It does appear to be a crash in the rendering engine, but beyond that I've got nothing.
