Hello. After installing the AMD radeon RX 6700 XT graphics card, the fps in the game does not rise above 26. Ignores any settings. The average fps is from 20 to 26. Help please.

There is no magic cure-all for performance. All you can do is play with settings until you find something that helps.

Try turning everything down, check your GPU's settings, grab some performance mods, etc. Only you can identify the source of the performance issues, as it's your machine. Once you find anything that helps, you can tweak other settings from there to find something that works, in the meantime you just gotta keep trying stuff.
