Game crashes on start

this probably due to installation of this this shader Kenshi2Reshade REIMAGINED as before this it worked (
https://www.nexusmods.com/kenshi/mods/569) but i am unsure as to why this would be as after wards i tried opening the game without the shader on and still not working

What I'd try is doing a clean reinstall. Uninstall the game, delete/move all remaining files out of the folder, then reinstall.
Make sure to backup any saves or mods you have in the installation folder. (Saves are not kept there by default, so don't worry if you don't have any there.)
