Hauling

Hauling has issues, we know this. An annoying is problem when you explicitly set several containers of the same type to haul to. They seem to priorize taking from one container to another creating a loop as soon as they picked it up even when a machine has resources that need to be hauled away.
Also I observe that for example for fabric or hemp, it's sufficient to set hauling to one container, and they will also haul to other containers of the same type. This doesn't seem to apply for steel bars for example, but it's probably not resource specific but some sort of bug. So either fix this, or make it so that they never haul from one entity to another of the same type.
Another related problem is that auto ditching resources doesnt seem to work the way I would expect it which is that all resources are ditched to an appropriate container once the character is aimless. I dont even know what auto ditching actually does if not that.
