Crash at new are loading

I was travelling from the Capital to the "City you start at", a new area was loading and the game crashed and the crashDump was created. I was just travelling normally, passing areas and areas. In my inventory I had armor, 2 katanas equipped and 2 sabers as well as 3 medium med kits and the other med kit for recovering lost body parts as well as an old traders backpack.
