Game crashing when saving twice

Game crashes if I save twice. Doesn't matter if the saves are done after each other or have a good amount of time between them, will always crash with core_.exe has stopped working

Also beginning to happen if areas are load a couple times

it happens to me, too. every time. it does not generate a crash report, however.
