0.31.0 - more crashes

Just got .31 and I'm dying to get some bounty on someone. =) Can't though because of lots of crashes. I havent been able to pin down the cause. I've tried everything but a new game as far as loading fresh starts. Sometimes it seems to crash when my mouse cursor hits the edge of the screen sometimes right after a quicksave. I played the previous version for about 6 hours yesterday with maybe only 3 crashes the entire time and I was running all over the wasteland killing fools. I haven't gotten a crash dump yet from any of the crashes. All I get is _core.exe stopped responding and windows is looking for a solution. For the good news, everything seems to move a bit smoother terrain-wise than yesterday.

and seams very random when i crash.

cant figer out what triggers it.
