[0.32.0 - merchant wallets don't reset - trading issue]

Version:
0.32.0
Description:
Shopkeeper's seem to have limited wallets, and while their inventories reset when returning to their town for trade, their wallets don't appear to get filled again at any point in time or distance away from the merchant. In other words you can eventually be unable to sell anything to a merchant (getting message "you can't afford that") unless you buy from him enough to sell the object, but this can still be an issue because the player will naturally be smart with trading - buy low and sell high - and eventually empty every merchant's wallets.
(Extra details: This first started happening with Brink's weapon merchant as I would sell them most weapons picked off of enemies, and then both of Shark's trading merchants since I found both Shark and Brink great towns to trade with each other. I returned a 3rd time to Shark now with the same "you can't afford that" message when trying to sell to them.)
Steps to Reproduce:
Sell enough stuff to a merchant until it says "You can't afford that" (referring to the merchant) when trying to sell more. Return any number of times after any distance or time away, and get the same effect.
Consistency
Every time, no matter how long it's been or far you've been from the merchant, as far as I can tell.
Severity:
Pretty major if you're relying on trading or selling enemies weapons/armor to get cats in the game.
Workaround:
Don't know of any besides taking in bounties after I dry up all other merchant's wallets. I have yet to try resetting my game while importing my squad and buildings to see if that resets the merchant's wallets.
