Description:
The whole game freezes up and crashes when exploring a part of the world.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start at Shark Village and run straight as the crow flies towards Clownsteady
2. When you get near the yellow ring on the map it will crash

Consistency:
It has happend multiple times not matter what I do and it's happend 3 times in a row.

System Specs:
Windows 7 Ultimate, 64bit OS, geforce 9800m GTS, Intel centrino 2 duo

Severity:
Crash

Work around:
So far avoiding that area is the only way to fix.
