Crashes buying furniture

I went to buy a partition in the brink trade building for 120k, and it caused the following crash. As a side note, partitions are overpriced. Every other piece of furniture in that building that is for sale causes the same crash, as does every other peice of furniture in every other building that isn't for sale itself.
