[fixed itself] Rum Still - workers will not collect water

Update: Seems to be working properly now. Not sure what caused it.

My Rum Still worker refuses to go collect water automatically. He gets flour no problem. Inventory not full.

Yes I have water in the wells. My cooking stove, which is right next to it, collects water without any problems.

Most likely, he didn't have enough inventory space for a water barrel.
