[un]building stuff with customised character

[NOTE: Amusing, but trivial issue].

I was messing around with the construction set, and used the 'level 80' combat stats for a character template. I ended up with -2 engineering skill on my character. Probably due to the randomisation of stats on generation?

Anyway, when I started building, the building's condition went negative for the first minute or so [until my engineering skill increased above 0].
