Survivors starting scenerio causes later bugs

If you start as the 2 man survivors group, it ends up creating a bug later on where your 2nd guy has really low health when you reload. Say your a ways into your game, you save, and reload, your 2nd guy provided the original hasn't died will have the same health as he did when starting a new game, making him fall unconscious instantly.

So basically you end up having your dude collapse every time you load your game, basically a pain in the ass for anyone who uses this start.
