i played the version rather extensively the last few days. here are the bugs I've found (I'm sure a lot of these have been posted, but i have a whole doc wrote up that I'm copying and pasting and didn't want to prune the whole thing). here we go:

Not Working as Intended:
- Flour Stockpiles: they don't seem to accept flour as something valid to put into them. my miller will just run to the stockpile and stand there, and the stockpile will remain empty.
-Training Dummies: Either these don't contribute to characters' stats, or they just work way too slow.
-Gates: for some reason the gates invite shop guards from other cities to come running over and attack them when they are closed. Also they seem to be un-repairable unless you do the work, save, quit, and log back in.
-Origins: if you quit out (might only by during a crash), and come back in, the origin will "repeat" itself. for example: the survivors origin, on loading back in your buddy will be injured again, and you'll have 100 extra cat's in your account. same with the others, status and money are re-applied to your party.
-Merchants: it seems in the stores with multiple merchants without a shop counter, you just get to loot the gear right off them (this seems to only happen in the boots/hats/adventuring shops in the cities, and the the saloon barkeeps). also, building your own shop counter doesn't allow somone to work at it, it just becomes a new chest with the only options being "loot, loot, and dismantle" when interacting.

Crashable bugs:
- Dismantling houses or gates after they've been built will crash the game. generally any large exterior object will as well.
-Crashing during a quick save will lead to ghost cities. even after saving and reloading they cities will still be vacant. only way i can see to fix is to gather up my stuff and do a new game with imported party.
((there are more, but i need to verify more before i post))

Performance Issues:
-Building and dismantling: when you use the build menu after a while, it tends to cause a hiccup in the game where everything freezes for a min or two before it jumps back into sync. Or it will just freeze the game completely. This also happens when you dismantle something interior or unbuilt (dismantling something large will cause a crash)
- research table 2 is a bit too picky where it can be placed. this could easily be solved by shrinking it a bit or making it less choosy where you can fit it inside a small house or larger. i put one in a small house and my builder got trapped. even after i dismantled it, there was still a "ghost block" of some sort preventing people from going where the table used to be. so now i have a ghost house that is unuseable.
-Characters stuck in buildings: if you quit out/crash with somone inside a building, they get stuck in there and can only move around in the middle of the interior. you need somone on the outside to run in and pick them up and carry them out for them to work normally again.

Simple Suggestions:
-Water storage: i see water towers and other small containers in other cities, could totally use this sooner rather than later for farming.
-Hemp storage: something to put my harvested bits of my field away so weaving works a lot smoother. right now i have to upkeep 3 hemp farms to keep up with weaving demand
-Signs: have it be an option for a building after it's built. click on the door, the little menu opens up, and have an option for each of the signs. click on one and it pops onto the building. this would make setting up and identifying shops easier.

this is all i got for now. ill be playing a bit more and ill post back with anything else i find.

All these issues have been mentioned, but it is a fairly neat summary of many of the bugs.

I believe that shacks are the only house type that produce a crash consistently, and I couldn't get any large exterior objects to crash consistently either. Did you find differently?

Not so sure about the water storage because I haven't found it a limitation with it [I've found a well type II can supply water for 4 farms with ease [EDIT: Hemp* farms] - besides don't you normally store well-water in a well? Other than that, I would love to see some containers storing final produce such as bread, rum, fabrics, etc. Perhaps when the vendors are properly implemented, the produce can be automatically given to their stock available for sale.

consistantly? maybe not. i've been able to get gates dismantled once or twice without a crash. but the rest of the buildings are hit and miss with more miss than anything else.

and about wells, i diddn't upgrade them to 2 before :P so i had 2 wells being worked by 1 guy before i knew about the joys of the auto-well :P
