Deleting Buildings

So i feel like a complete noob for asking this, but how do i Delete buildings, I've placed the generator in a wrong place and i dont want to build it there, but i don't seem to find a way how to delete it.
Do i have to build it first before i can remove it ?

Another question would be, Now in this 0.39 is there a squad limit cap? currently i have 20 people in it and recruits from taverns won't join saying my squad is full, is it a new feature currently until 0.40 or am I doing something wrong

chris capped things a bit ago, i assume until a proper squad system is in. Because if you go over the cap now, there is no scroll bar or anything to select your other guys and the UI breaks.
