Recurring Random Crash

Random Crash that keep occurring, at first was about 10 mins into gameplay everytime but this last time it didnt happen for an hour or so :-S shame as its the only big bug in an otherwise awesome release.

Also only just spotted this due to building my own self sufficient outpost but once this crash happens on loading a save none of the towns populate and the crash barely ever happens after that :-|
