Quicksave Crash (0.40)

I was in the first scelter when I tried to quicksave, then the game crashed.

Here's the crash dump:

Edit: The game saved just before the crash but the outpost became uninhabited.

Confirm. Same bug. Crash just after saving. Loading bugged save result in ghost towns, no building doors interaction etc.
