[Fixed] 0.40 bug: Change Armor Storage Sale price = crash

Built armor stand in my shop (in a Saloon).
Loaded items into armor stand.
Changed from private to public.
Clicked on the c.2000 button (SALE PRICE) and Kenshi crashed.
Dump Attached.
Repeatable.
