.40.1 Wrong inventory contexts on drag&drop

I had the backpack of my char open and it was overlapping the main weapon slot.
When i drag&dropped a weapon into the backpack window at the position where the main weapon slot of my char was below it exchanged weapons.
Should drop the weapon into the backpack instead (upper window)
