Stuck ontop of wells

Description:
When going near a well (to grab water, or walk by) the character or NPC gets stuck around the well

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build a well
2. Walk around the well or have a character gather water for farming/etc and wait until stuck

Consistency
Happens almost every time

System specs/OS:
Windows 7 64 bit

Severity:
major

Workaround:
If a character picks up the stuck character and drops them, they are freed (but sometimes they just reset)
