Characters stuck over walls

Hi, i have a problem

I lead one charakter into Brink. 4 others follow this charakter. At the towngate, 2 charakter was jumped on the roof of the wall. The problem is, that this 2 charakters doesnt jump down from the wall. They stuck on the top of the wall and can only walk alongside this wall.

How i can fix this problem?

In the main menu select the option "New Game Import Squad", then select the top option that says "only reset squad position" (or something to that effect).
