Buying and building in a pre-established town.

Ok, I bought a house in the town of brink. Upon buying the house, the trader market, which sells building materials, and the guy who sells trade items such as rum and water both lost their stock, and did not regain it over time. With a save and a reload they had their stock back. But this happens again every time I build something inside the house I bought. A reload fixes it every time, but I thought you would want to know.

Same as above, interior items within buildings disappear for no reason.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Buy a new property within a pre-existing town
2. OR dismantle an existing item within your house/ building located in a pre-existing town
3. All items within said town will disappear and you can't trade with traders as they have no items available.
Consistency
This happens everytime the above happens, however it sometimes happens if you construct a new object within a pre-existing house
System specs/OS:

Workaround:
Can savegame and quit, and after reloading save everything is where it should be
