Description:
I believe that every time the game loads, or whenever the time is spent in the game, all structures sink.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Loading (Unknown)

System specs/OS:
Windows 7 64bit
Geforce gtx 660
Core i7 3930k 3.20GHZ
RAM 8GB


Severity:
is very problematic because over time, the houses or shops have land or mountains inside.

Workaround:

the "mountains inside" are due to a failure of the normal building/terrain clipping, whether or not the buildings are "sinking" cant affect that barring some greater bug.

If you turn off "disable terrain cutting" in the options it should clear the interiors properly, I don't think the buildings are actually sinking there.
