graphic bug while Character creation

I started the game and after make a new game I come to the character creation.
But after the loading the graphic bugs comes and I can only see the character in the middle of the screen and around it you only see big pixel.
With that the character creation is impossible.
I hope anyone can help me. And sorry for my bad english.
