I was out looting some bandits, came back to sell the stuff and noticed I had negative money. Weird. So I started to sell stuff, thinking that would fix it, that was NOT the case. My money REMAINED at negative 1737$... Not sure how to fix this without restarting over... and I really dont want to have to restart again.

When I drop items on the ground, their value is subtracted from my money amount!! And then when it goes negative, I can never get it back no matter how much I sell!!! When is there going to be a fix for this? Totally breaks my game as a bandit king!!

Also, make sure you save often. This is an alpha game.

zzzz people running in here to say "Oh yah, it can be fixed," then don't say how to fix it. PFFFT. I want to play my retired general account!! T_T
Hi again,
I installed GameWiz32 and searched for the money value to see if I could change the negative money value. Too many search hits comes up so GameWiz asks me to change the value in-game, so it can see the changes and spot the excact value that represents money. The problem is that no matter what I do, the amount of money stays the same. So it's kind'a catch 22 for me.
Please advice.
Btw Is this a known bug or should I go ahead and make a more formal bug-report?

ok I am posting what i did to fix my game using game wiz
ok, you have to select kenshi. then you use the "dec" button and type in the exact value of your money. search that twice and it should be down to about 50ish results. then or me it was the second value from the bottom. it was one of the only that didn't start with a number. if there are to many variable you have to change the number of variables you see. to do this go to the options(to the left of the help button) and change the number to something like 100.
I also hear that you can fix this by selling somthing of that value in one item. so if you can find a sand ninja jounin and take him to jail anything closer to 0 than -5001 should be fixed ingame.

Totalwar's solution worked for me. Thank you SO much!
Yes, I finally sorted it out, thanks to totalwar235. In the end it was the address EE9...something that was the money thingy (Dunno if that is universal). I was tempted by the dark side and added a few thousand extra Cats, just so I could afford a sword I've been wanting and a hooker.
